Watch this film that shows Jonjo using a coping skill called ‘breathing with colour’.
After watching the film, practise “breathing with colour”. Pick a colour that makes you happy and take a long slow breath in. Now think of a colour that doesn’t feel so good and breathe that out. Do this a few more times. You can use this when you want to feel calm and prepared.
